False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are presented at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a 3-yr duration.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Requirements

These classes start off at NCV level 2 and the least requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

Once the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level 4 is grade 12.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, remaining equivalent to a Nationwide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV stage two which happens to be equivalent to an NQF level two.

On which sort of students are suited for these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that conventional schooling isn't necessarily the only real strategy for turning out to be an artisan or turning out to be experienced so if a student knows from an early age what their interests are, the NCV programme is actually perfectly suited for that student.
